After buying samsung I realised cheap Chinese products are anyday better than buying samsung products. Service is pathetic and they close tickets without even fixing the issue. Two Golden Rules: 1. Never buy any Samsung Product be it mobile or TV or any other. 2. Always remember rule #1. Do not regret later. I have told you.
My wife complaint about there rude behavior. and also I can see that most of the reviews are very negative I wonder why Samsung is not taking any action to change the services center. The response on the phone is also rude. I hope the Samsung management will train or change. I give Zero Stars.
Satisfied but, they asked me handover the phone without locking the phone. They had to replace the CC Board. On asking why they need open screen, he was sticking technical terms 😂I had to take backup to one drive. Total waste of time.
