This is one of the biggest hospitals but the maintenance is not that great. Staff is good and helpful. All types medical services are provided here.
I like evrything about this hospital staffs are friendly.. But the doc i consulted Dr Guruprasad shetty i dont knw from where he bought so much of attitude, may be its free service he act so bad with the patient, no politeness no patience doesnt even listen or respond to what we r speaking.. Same doc of u go his clinic is so humble polite. One doc and 2 different behaviour thats is what i felt worst of this doc... Rest all i love this hospital...please teach guruprasad shetty how to behave with givt hospital patient ...
Hospital quality and service has been the top most literally in Udupi.Staff are Amazing and the very bad experience of this good hospital is regarding one doctor who is really an unprofessional.This is to alert you people that Dr.Guru Prasad Shetty an Pediatric is a highly impatient doctor who has a very rude way of approaching kids and not even bothered to listen the problems of kids or even want to listen the parents.Doesn’t know how to communicate with patients.I thereby suggest everyone to never go to that perticular doctor but please visit Kosamma Shambu Shetty Memorial Hospital who's service is amazing.
Wanted to share my experience with Dr Swarnalata who is so impatient not even ready to listen to my problem i had to call them coz my prescription of an antibiotic tablet did not have dosage like she didn't write when and how much of this tablet I'm suppose to take
Hospitality is good Nurses are better than Doctor Especilally Dr Swarna latha Rao she doesnt have patience to check the victim properly with poor manners she had..please do over look her treating method ..Very Bad manners doctor..Ler her treat the patient as human beings..Please go through the complaint
