This is personal bad experience for VBCH Silvassa. I wish to test Covid-19. Those people refer to another place. Who charged 500₹ per test. And this is under government. I don't know why this people behave. I ask why 500₹ taken to the higher authority. They said you dontate this fund to the hospital. But this is not right way
Need to improvements hospital staff nice talking with patients and service very slow I am coming in vbch mrng 9:30 Am and right now time is 1:31 pm but till now not complete my checkup very care less work doing on hospital doctor and staff too
Being a semi government hospital , it has a very good infrastructure, facilities. A newcomer would, at first, be lost among all the zig-zag corridors and different wards. Only the educated can easily navigate through the passages. There is a lack of proper planning among the medical staff due to which the relatives of a patient has to go through a lot of workouts (go here , go there, bring Xerox , bring that certificate). Had they properly defined this set of certificates or a standard operating procedure for a particular operation, then the relatives would surely know what's the next required step. Also, some of the staff suffer from a disease called " don't know how to smile" or "reply with politeness". I quote "some" but most of the staff is extremely professional and caring. In short, it's a good hospital and be ready for some " workouts" :)
