You have to get token for consulting the doctor for your health problems. The covid vaccination is done here. But some of the nurses are rude and asking some irrelevant questions and irritating the patients and their relatives. Even my family also faced the problem with one of their rude nurses. I don't know what the doctors are doing with those rude nurses without warning them to be patient.
Need more improvement, the staffs behavior is as if they initiate news rules by themselves, as if in the policy, need to more educated and training to how to handle customers, each and everyone tells separate rules and panicking the Covid Vaccines customers, which is very poor. Some young nurses are very professional and good customer service.
