Very poor customer service.. It has been about ten days and letter did not delivered to the destination.. That too it was a speed post. Then people should do speed post when it is not delivered on time. I think it's government job that's why they don't care about it even in the emergency..
A place which is known for sending your letter & parcel to your loved one but now eveyone prefer private courier due to lack of time or urgent basic...But i hear that they upgrade it & now you can get same facilities as private courier

Very slow process in this post office.
Place is nice and located in near by kachehri.... Most crowded place in gopalganj city.... Staffs behaviour should be better. Work progress is very slow.... Staffs are old age.....it should be changed and will hire young staffs to look after the post office for better service. By the way good landmark of Gopalganj.....
