Hall of Heroes. The hall of heroes has statues of deities and Rajput folk heroes carved out of rock and painted with bright colours Mandore town used to be under the rule of the Pratihara Dynasty. There is also a temple of Three Hundred Million Gods, Government Museum, and Hall of Heroes situated within the garden. The museum has antique artifacts belonging to the bygone era and Hall of Heroes houses a single rock on which 16 figures of warriors are engraved. The most remarkable feature about the garden is the cenotaphs, also known as 'dewals', that are spread across the green expanse.
Hall of Heroes is located Mandore Garden Mandore away from 11 kms from Jodhpur Rajasthan India. There is a place where you will find many sculptures of God and ancient rulers. This place is also known Devataon ka Sal.
Hall of Heroes was built by Maharaja Ajit Singh. The rock-cut sculptures here date from 1707- 49. They represent various Rajput heroes & divinities The walls of the hall are completely filled with beautiful paintings & rock statues of Rajput heroes. Giant statues of local heroes like Chamunda, Gosaiji, Pabuji, Ramdevji, Harbhuji, Mehaji are engraved in the Hall of Heroes An interesting one is 16 figures are carved out from a single rock. Devtaon ki Sal was built by Maharaja Abhey Singh (1724-49) Statues of Ganesh, Jalendhar Nath, Shiva-Parwati, Ram, Surya & Brahma are carved in the Devtaon ki Sal.
