Went for RT PCR test in october,till monday they havent given me the results. No message or online service is provided also. Worst.

I went yesterday for Covid test here the lines were loaded by almost 100+men and women the common gate for paasage of positive and negative patients was used, There was only one counter for almost 100+people then you need to take your prescription from 1st counter and move on to 2nd counter to take pink culture provided to check RCPTR,where line of almost 75 people was there here also they had just 1staff member, And when i said a wardboy about this his reply was "We counsalted this with doctor to increase the staff but he haven't taken any action " What??? I mean lives of that 10kids passed away was joke so u are treating Covid Patients like this.. Also no sanitation, staff people full of attitude, I was standing almost all day there, They don't even start counter on 3pm as decided time but close it exactly on 5pm on decided time.... Worthless Service

10 children died, Hospital is broken, all staff should be dismissed. A new hospital should be opened in its place.
