The staff is good & co-operative. Many times there is shortage of staff, but they handle things calmly. Can have better lighting. Sometimes it feels too dark inside.
I am coming for Register Post A D of 16 Covers of My Bank of Baroda. I think post office not accept these much covers. But my thinking is wrong. They accept eventhough there is only one staff during this Covid-19 pandemic situation. I appreciate that staff member who is doing my work without rejecting lots of covers. I know these type of bulk covers can be posted at Fatehgunj Head Office. But I thankful that person ones again for their work responsibilities.
worst SERVICE they just throw things inside flat gate ,because of them i lost my goods 5 times
Very old building. Historical place. Need to be modernise as per customer's expectations. People are not getting comfort to visit this post office. Infrastructure is also outdated. Approach road is too bad. Loading of work is much than a staff available. Suggest the government to update the same.
I am trying to track a parcel dispatched from mumbai in 20/12. The chart shows the parcel arrival in the city on 21/12, but i have not yet received it. The report says house locked whereas i am at home 24*7. When the parcel is to be delivered at gotri, what is it doing in harni so.
