There r vry less rating due to the wrost experience. People r completely tired to connect with the given contact number. Seriously very bad service in every kind.
Very bad response from PVVNL office. I registered a complaint twice but no response from their worker.
I am surprised to see at this 21st century where almost everything is getting digitalised these people are so outdated.They want you to come back and forth to the office till the time you break up and do what they want, they do no care they pandemic is there and people should avoid going out untill it os very important but they do not care .On my electricity bill they have wrong name,wrong address and the house is locked for last four years and i was never notified or recieved a bill ,no one called me about it and still some how they have geberated a bill of Rs 33000 and my meter is also missing and the electricity department do not know where it is.The employees working there are totally unprofessional they do not know how to talk .
Persons are stealing power while line men never take action them and we are facing the problem. Every person is changing phase every day.
