This is a very nice Hospital and its services are excellent. They provide proper information regarding your patient. The charges are also reasonable as per the facilities provided over there. It's one of the best Hospital in Nagpur. Excellent
Very well equipped... Clean n hygienic surroundings . Highly qualified and amiable and efficient staff... Very spacious and AC which is much needed in Our Nagpur Climate.. Really it is a excellent hospital to get the treatment. All the doctors are very nice. Especially Dr.Harshvardhan Bora is a very helpful & kind hearted doctor. Also all the nurses are very helpful & their caring process to patients is very unique & it can not be comparable.During my admission (from 16th to 20th Aug 2021,room no.203),the following nurses has taken care of me with well manner. They are as Sanddhya Wad,Pratiksha Nagdive,Lalita Nisane & Sanitha. So thanks everyone.
I had very atrocious experience here. One of the least coordinated team of staff and doctors you can meet in whole country. No one talks politely, even the person who they have appointed to sit on the reception desk, have a tone like they own the place. Doctors are not human but have feelings of some robots and don't care to talk politely even a bit with their patients. Only making the place look fancy, making it equiped with world class facilities won't make it good. It has to be the coordination within which has to be maintained and sustained through. I would not suggest this hospital to my close ones. And if management is diligent enough to read these reviews, they should act upon it.
