Just download an application 'SBI QUICK' from play store then open the app in the very right corner there's a option 'help desk and feedback' then click on helpline then on branch helpline , enter your branch name of code there you'll get contact number of chief manager now ask directly for your work and ask him like if your work will be done. (What happens most of the time the employees here try to avoid real time customers and does their internal work) so if you talk to the manager before , then you'll have reference over there to tell. And if still they doesn't support (I'm sure they will help) call to SBI helpline and tell there that you've complaint regarding your home branch . The working team here thinks that customers is some kind of useless peoples and make excuses. I know these things are common in banks but this branch is much more than that the manager here is complete useless person. I visited this branch thrice in month just for a copy of cheque book and passbook but he wasn't supporting. I tried to raise complaint but the customer care said due to covid situation we are working limited and not accepting complaints. And most important the landline of branch is not rechable and they never replies on mail. Common people will face a lot of problems here.
