Worst customer service i ever seen i my life. They are not taking any care about customers and their urgency
Manager and all staff are there only to sell their loans and not much efficient on actual banking operations. Customers see staff's true face once they fell into loan trap. Worst staff.. Worst service to customers..
Friendly people dedicated team on customer needs
One of the worst HDFC branch. especially the staff is so arrogant that they actually harass customers and try to make them rounds around the bank for simple transactional banking services. Being a private bank, it's offering pathetic services. And I have transferred my NRO and NRI accounts from Hyderabad to Hanuman Junction, but after experiencing the services by the staff, I have decided to transfer it back.
