Doesn't work properly. They don't even call us when our things came to the post office. We have to go to the office to check whether our things came or not. They're so irresponsible and they give other peoples parcel in other peoples hand which is not appropriate. My friends parcel has been gone missing from post office for so long , they told that 3 girls took my friends parcel on 23 of August but when we ask the girls from hostel no one has the parcel so its the post office responsibility to look into the matter since they're the one responsible for it.
They are very careless in handing over the parcels. They hand over without the acknowledgment of the actual recipient and the items are misplaced .
I lost my parcel.. They are very irresponsible..no call before they deliver our items.. And ask other person frm same address to deliver the things.. This way I lost my recent parcel.. Very disappointed...... Very angry... No cooperation...... How can someone be so irresponsible.. Don't do their duty properly... I'm lucky it wasn't any important documents... What if it was.. Who would have taken the responsibility... Very harsh with words and impolite.. If asked for the parcel...annoying
