Visited the hospital for my pregnancy checkup and delivery. Dr. Bindhu P S Ma'am handled my labour with so much of care and support. She was very patient enough to support me throughout my pregnancy journey and labour. Most of the Facilities provided by hospital and the support given by other staffs are good. In addition to that Mr. Vinay of insurance desk also has helped us to clear the insurance procedures in a very efficient manner. Really appreciate his humble and sincere attitude on processing cashless and reimbursement procedures on time. The only concern we had, was with floor lift management. It looks like we need to wait for long time to avail the lift on each floor.
Dr Sunitha is the best for Gynecology. 100% recommended. They do there level best for making it a Normal delivery. Super care
Had an issue at the hospital today which needs immediate attention from the responsible ones. I went to the canteen today and the canteen staff was smoking inside the canteen. I still doubt how we can take pregnant ladies and babies to this hospital when the canteen in the hospital is for smoking. Time between 12.55pm to 13.05pm on 20-12-21 Hospital Canteen Juice area where the canteen staff was smoking infront of the CCTV monitor.
Undoubtedly this is one of the best hospital in town!!! We are consulting Dr. Shantamma Mathew since the beginning of our pregnancy and we are immensely happy as well as satisfied with all the care and services recieved. Each and every staff member of the hospital welcomes us with a warm smile which makes us feel very comfortable. Special mention to the entire nursing team of our doctor, the care and consideration that they provide to each patient gives us more and more homely feel along with the proper medical attention!!!! It's indeed a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful hospital!!!!
