Muolhoi Community Hall is today called C.H.Khawthlang Memorial Hall in memory of Lt. C.H.Khawthlang(Hmar), the first Chief Executive Member(CEM) of North Cachar Hills Autonomous District Council(NCHAC) in 1952. It is located in the heart of Muolhoi Village, one of the largest village in Assam with around 1000 houses. Just opposite to this hall there is an ATM. One of the many Auto Stand of the village is also located just near the hall. This hall is equipped with chairs, sound system and is also an information centre of the village.
