I called this hospital and asked for an Ambulance to take my grand mother to their place. Now the fun part. The lady who attended phone said very casually, we don't have Ambulance Service . I said it is not emergency, can u send after an hour ....she again said you to have arrange the transport and bring the patient here and cut the phone......AND in their website says they have a TRAUMA CARE..and with stock photos...:ha ha ha .
Had a terrible experience from ground staff employees (This review is not for Nurses, they were absolutely fine. They did their instructed job). Patient Attenders & House Keeping employees of this hospitals are annoying members of this Hospital. Their warm smile n caring attitude towards the patients are fake. Nothing just than for getting money. Equal to those who work such in government hospitals. Hospital management should actually consider they are also part of their employment and they are their employees. Should instruct them to take care of the patients genuinely because the fee of admission, treatment & medicines aren't par, it's above moderate. For one day stay at hospital individual non-ac room costing Rs. 3000.00/-. Not worth, need to live with mosquitoes. Coming back, though there were written notice papers stating, not to give tips. Should inform their employees not to beg for tips. We aren't coming there to spend money for gambling!!! Please keep this in mind and strictly advise not to beg / torture patients for a money. It's a shame to M R Hospital!!!
Mr hospital is very worest hospital, they are not giving treatment to the pacient, only they want money, Dr noorul ameen is worest person he charging two time in 5 hours beach time 500 rs, I never seen this kind of hospital
I have experienced Very good for night casuality treatment.
Decent hospital with decent requirements served. If you're having lot of complications with health issue, it doesn't have all the required features to support it. But cost wise for a private hospital this is good comparatively.
