I came here to do the RT-PCR test today, they started distributing the token at 9.30 I came at 9 even though I came early , I didn't get the token on first come first serve priority cause I don't know Malyalam. They people's gather around the distributor and they started giving the token randomly. This is not the proper way. Atleast follow some guidelines proper social distancing. Improve your management.
