This was not a good experience! We had come from uk and had 1 week remaining in Punjab before return. Owner said will be shipped by a specified date. However, it was between 1-2 months over specified time. Having the ramala sahibs arrive 5 in total, one colour we was not used that we clearly specified, also the rumala sahibs had dirt marks all over them and the smell was so strong and potent. Clearly the making process was rushed as I could see mistakes made. The only way we got the rumala sahibs when we did was by getting a friend from amritsar to push the owner to start and finish them. Very disappointed and will not be using again! The worst thing was that we paid upfront so it seemed as if they got the payment but was no rush to make the rumala sahibs!
