Now it is completely renovated and quality/ Service is satisfactory. Doctors were well efficient and experts. But still there were some head nurses and attenders with rudeness, They still in takes bribes from patent or bystanders for medical needs. Also professionalism in customer service always lacks (not blaming all employees but some among them). I aspire in future govt will look into all these barrier's and change this to super specialty hospital with all standards.

Luking a private hospital
No one answer the phone call. Called tons of time...Yesterday went for antigen test and they told me if positive i will receive a call or negative will get sms. Today is second day till now I don't have any information from the hospital. Then I realize how ernakulam is case is going high. Yesterday night I was really bad in health and went to private hospital for antigen test and positive. Thankfully I'm quarantine at home and I'm alive. Otherwise I may go for job and I might be the carrier. Appreciate all the hard work they are doing. But, missing this information lead our city to super spread. Also please ask someone to attend phone call or remove it from the site.
