Overall an average good place for a event. Around 200m from Cusat metro station and the bus stop is in front of the building. Parking is small. Seating area is available on both ground floor and on balcony. Rental amount is less compared to other halls.
The hall is located near bus stop and an easy to reach point.Good option for small functions. Parking is an issue.

A decent auditorium suitable for medium crowded functions. It belongs to Kalamassery municipality and is very easily accessible. Located close to NH, metro station and bus stop, is cheap when compared to nearby private halls. However parking is the only real negative factor. Only 3 or 4 cars can park in front of the hall. Others need to find space on the side of the highway.
