staff is so lazy that they will call you to collect your package instead of delivering it.
I was only 2 minutes late but the lady at the counter denied my request stating I’ve logged out my system and office closes sharp 3:00 PM. I travelled 20 KM to reach Fatehabad Post Office and did not get any service yet. I requested her but she did not listen. It was a very bad experience.
