Neither did they ask you to sit while your car us being serviced not they ask you for any water or something. Zero customer care.
You can't go and get a car but you have to order the car then the car will be available to you after some time also the car will be brought here by driving that so you will not get zero on meter but rest you will get every suzuki arena car available here on your order As far as their staff they are very nice . Also the location of the store is very good easily accessible in heavy traffic also.
