It's a nice fort built by Tippu Sultan. We can still see structures of stables and guard towers. The only downside is, there is no proper guide or safety measures to explore the site.

the location to the fort is not correct on the map. (search for krishnagiri fort steps) there is a narrow lane leads to the stairs. it is a considerable climb to the top of the fort. it took us 2 hrs to reach the top. water will be needed on the way up.
It's really pleasant.. will be keeping healthy while hiking. And at top you will be viewing the old giant walls and disturbed buildings. Can view 360 of Krishnagiri town.. Will be very usefull for hikers.
It's good place for tracking... Don't go alone..go with at least 2-3 people
