I need to know, whether all people want to go for quarantine if they get exposed to a covid positive person? Because my brother is covid positive and he is in the hospital now and some people whoever stayed with him are travelling outside their home without quarantine. They come under kodungalloor municipality. Do they need quarantine? Or can everyone go outside without quarantine?

Infant vaccination people along with their baby should pass through covid patients area where even the security informing that people sitting near by is positive so go fast.....
Staffs do not attend the phone calls and pretend 24 hrs to busy. No one give adequate response to enquiries
