The worst experience I had..... A prestigious private hospital where all the patients of Jaintia hills looking forward for a quick and accessible care to meet there needs.... But sad to say that entering in this hospital will only make me so impatient towards the working system of the staff there... Especially ultrasound dept....... Where they don't think about patients time they'll do there own sweet time according to their comfort I personally had been waiting for my scan right from 10am but till 3:30pm receptionists will not even call me to meet the doctor for my scan
Its okay for non urgent situation..(my experience- had to wait from 11-3pm for a routine immunization, reception area although 3 staffs, when asked about doctor's whereabouts or even immunization room mumbled 2,3 words of maybes or don't know..) It would be greatly appreciated if you own the flaws before calling your workers 'brainless', that's not an excuse for a life and death situation.
These is the worst upcoming hospital I ever see in my life. I'm talking about the staff. They'll speak in Jowai dialect toning like they own the hospital and put priority first for their comfort zone than for the suffering of the patient. The staff talk like they are not rude but their face expression is very mean , it's sad to hear from many patients who have visited this upcoming hospital. The staff need to be educated to learn how to deal with the villager those who are coming from rural areas. They tend to act like they are government employees. They way the speak as if they don't care for the health of the people both physically and mentally. For simple things you have to wait for many hour. The Director of this Hospital need to take serious step orelse it will loose it value... They only reason it still shinning is because it they only hospital with few facilities in Jowai town orelse it will fall down. It need Change. Staff are acting like we are working for them. Someone please tell them that they are earning from the poor people only they well to do family don't even know about these hospital.
It's was such a great hospital... since it's newly constructed and moreover the infrastructure it's highly advanced technology.The surrounding of the hospital also is so beautiful.... clean and green 🍏💚🍏💚....
These peoples just conduct interview without having actual positions available and no real openings
