Hospital is situated in national highway, most accidents cases are depending here, while entering in the causality itself they will ask our job, capacity of paying bills etc. Then only they will admit. Quality of the hospital we can understand if we ask any of the nurses working there. Administrations attitude towards nurses needs to be improved. However there is a hospital for depending on emergency. Attitude of both Thangam and Palana is same. Exploiting the patients.
Worst treatment, unnecessary checkups and horrible inexperienced doctors and money minded management. Please don't believe the fake positive reviews. The positive reviews might be from the people working there I guess. And beware of Doctor REENA ROSE don't know if she is a human at all, she will loot you like anything.
Visited this hospital for various occasions. Satisfactory. Almost crowded in all days. Good treatment offered and experience with doctors and allover were good.
My dad fell a couple of days back and injured his head. We took him to the Palana hospital and got immediate attention. Even though the doctor asked to do a CT scan, the staffs were prompt and completed CT as well as X-ray on his ribs. After studying the CT image, the surgeon warned me about a small red dot while might be internal bleeding and suggested to admit into the ICU and wait for further scanning after 12 hours. I was not keen on admitting him to the ICU unnecessary, hence took him home and monitored him the entire night. The next day morning we went back to the hospital and collected the report and confirmed it was a SMALL VESSEL ISCHEMIC DISEASE which he had for years. They were happy to provide me a soft copy of the CT report. We spent around an hour and Rs.5K there but the attention was excellent. It is a good place as long as you are vigilant on asking right questions before admitting into ICU or Ventilators.
All the procedures were done systematically. Good attention was given to the patient. Canteen serves good food Staff were courteous.
