Government is providing good services but the staff here is really ill mannered. They don't show any respect to patients whether they are female, kids, or senior citizens. The Staff does not provide proper information. Dispensary timing is 8:00 am to 2:00 pm yet the dispensary staff is present only after 9:00 am and leave the premises by 1:30 pm. There is no crowd management or queue management. Any thing that the staff is well trained at is shouting at patients. Staff is privileged for taking any action against the patients considering it a misbehaviour if patients try to seek some information, at the same time patients have to act helpless and cooperate with the staff for their treatment/medicine. There is no hearing for misbehaviour of the staff on duty.
