I have visited there many times, for many purpose. Found that Doctors are so caring and filled with supportive energy, but the supporting medical staff is less caring and sometime they don't know what should be done at that time, where a person required some mental support and hope. So comparing the negative and positive things, I would consider the positive part. I would say one more thing that their services are great, however sometime the delivery may be effected due to various factors. Thanks to all hospital staff and NMMC.
My vaccination experience was great, there was separate line for offline and online, the guy giving token was knowledgeable and was asking if there is anybody who had taken slot and standing in long offline queue and was handling people well, I got certificate minutes after taking vaccine.
Loved it. The hospital is well maintained and proper. The doctor's and staff are well behaved & supportive also.
I m sure i came to collect my covid report and ppl are here doing Timepass in the reporting room and here standing outside If fact it is the sample collection area OF CoVid patients
