Went to PHC Kelakam for my son's vaccine. The medical team was really helpful in clearing our doubts, and were very friendly, kind and considerate to us and especially the child. This is a govt facility and everything was fully free, not even single Rupee was charged. Really appreciate the service and care. Very good job, keep it up
