Reasonably maintained, neat and sufficient space for the crowd, doesn't look like a typical government health centre.

Good services, Primary Health Centre (PHCs), sometimes referred to as public health centres,are state-owned rural health care facilities in india.They are essentially single-physician clinics usually with facilities for minor surgeries. They are part of the government-funded public health system in india  and are the most basic units of this system.  The village Chirakkal falls in Kannur district situated in Kerala state, with a population 34171. The male and female populations are 15829 and 18342 respectively. The size of the area is about 13.72 square kilometer.
