Good govt hospital need more improvement
All staffs are helpful... I went to ESI hospital for approval on my father in law's operation. I never expected such a helping mentality from the employees. They were coming to us asking for any help that we need. And they escorted us to thre right department and right person to get the required documents approved. They also helped me to avoid second visit by providing all documents and approvals on a single day.. I am very much happy for the professional service that they provide to all people visiting the hospital.
