Had a very good experience visiting the hospital. All the staffs are cooperative and helpful and very polite . One of the best hospitals in the city. . Digital payments also accepted. The quality of doctors is superb. Almost all specialty consultants here. Huge parking space with security .
For me having treated good just didn't happen here. The staff is so not caring, that they can ask a pregnant lady who already waited for her turn to consult doctor for hours to get the file changed just because it was torn from sides and to start waiting clock all over again. They also do not care and can ask you to get up from your death bed to go all the way out of the premises and have come with the documents photo copied, since they cannot afford a copier inside the premises, oh they can, my bad- its for themselves and staff as they are not healthy enough to move out and get done. Maybe it's about money for you but for patient its never about the money, treat them well while you drain out their pockets. A hospital staff should never lack empathy. The Doctors are indeed great here but its the staff patient gets to deal more with and your staff is a big big turn off. They do not deserve even a single star.
