I booked volvo bus from manali to delhi but i got a local tourist bus and they rescheduled the booking time to 9pm from 6pm without even asking me and they have also changed the seat number as well. No charging point , blanket nothing is provided by the bus operators. It took about 16 hours to reach delhi it was suppose to reach at 11am but it took 3 more hours to reach the destination. Dont travel with them
Very bad experience with royal travels..while traveling delhi to nainital we books our tickets in sleeper bus after few hours they called and said all buses are canceled and shifted from sleeper bus to semi sitting bus...and we confirm this also as we don't have another option..scheduled time for our pick up was around 9:30pm but bus came 11 pm..and bus was loaded with so many cartoons and even no place to go inside somehow we managed and they do not drop us to the destination they drop us only Haldwani and they even don't pick our calls and even not refunded the difference amount of money...
I used this Volvo from on 13th october 2021 delhi to Rishikesh, they have good responsibility but destination timing responsibility is very poor. Their reaching time was 6.15 a.m. as they declared in ticket but they drive bus so fast without taking break and reach in rishikesh at 4 a.m. to avoid corona safety checking. There was no hotel to stay at night, early in the morning you can't stay or search hotel.
No sanitizer. No water in toilet. Not chnaged sheets. Expensive rate like Luxury but not seems in bus.
Washing problem in toilet there is no water ..not clean as well as not changed bed sheets No sanitizer in bus .. Very poor service never advice to anyone for traveling in royal bus ...
