Worst hospital ever. Worst , over confidence doctor without any specialization. Give negative thoughts to all patients and take very high charges. Unsupportive staff and very harsh nature staff.

First read then decide. Me and my wife were seing the doctors at this hospital since seventh month of pregnancy. In mid April labour started at 0100 night. We immediately rushed to the hospital and reached there at 0245. Everything was fine. Many people were present there waiting for the good news. Suddenly one nurshing staff came and told me that they don't have doctors here you have to shift your wife somewhere else. She was in extreme pain. I told him we are regularly visiting at this hospital. Even 7 days back you don't told me that doctors are not available since last month. But they clearly refused me to admit my wife even at my own risk. I took her four to five hospitals but nothing was open in the night. Took her to Government Hospital but seeing the condition their my wife and my Aunt vomited. After struggling 5 hour finally i could get one Hospital at 0700 hrs morning. There doctor attended us and Normal Delivery done. The following were my observations about Mission Hospital Chhatarpur: 1- They have just college pass out teenagers as doctors, No experience. Even our regular doctor didn't know how to check cervix dilation. 2- Amid COVID-19 where the whole world is struggling, it looks like they dont have any fear there. The pregnant women at a higher risk, were called in a group and made to wait in a confined space. They could have called one by one. NO COVID PROTOCOLS WERE FOLLOWED. 3- Even for a small visit to Hospital it will take minimum 12 hours. 4- staff is immature, rude and does not have adequate knowledge l, if you ask something they will not answer. 4- it is obviously costly, we had normal delivery in just half the amount. SUGGESTION: DON'T EVEN THINK TO GO THERE, IF NOT THEN YOU MUST HAVE PLAN B, DONT GIVE THE LIFE OF YOUR WIFE AND CHILD IN THE HANDS OF THESE FOOLS.
