Not only dealing Hitachi power tools but also dealing with other brands of power tools, Cements etc. I go there for purchasing Hitachi power tools. Dealing and behavior is best but I am giving 3 star because they take too much time for make bill and give item. Not only one time, they are always like that. Time is valuable for everyone. So they should consider customers valuable time.
