Excellent school in Chandapura. My daughter is studying LKG here. She loves attending the virtual classes everyday. A special thanks to Deepa mam who cares and teaches extraordinarily.
Complete immature staff and Principal. Staff has no knowledge of anything happening in school and Principal is a very arrogant person and shows too busy during the meeting but have no information about the details of the meeting,when they themselves give appointment for it. Anything asked to him we get only one standard answer " I don't know". Management team is not interested in taking any feedbacks. All they are worried is pay full fee. But parents like us who pay fullfee at the start of the year become fool with such low quality approach of the school. When I wanted to reachout with my complaints to Trustee, they said they are not interested in meeting to take feedbacks. The school is not true to their tag line. They give low quality approach and education.
From what I heard from a friend is that the HR person is definitely 2 faced. Take up a job here at your own risk.
0 out of a 1000 : Worst experience ever, Not that I have tons of interview experiences. But this sure is the worst of the bunch. I am from Kerala & I interviewed for the position of High School English Teacher. Interview started in Mid of May and ended almost in Mid if July. Long delays between each stage of interview,& there were 5 stages, and the excuse was that, decisions have to be made by the head office.. but HR of this school was acting like a wall between me and possibly any other individual in that school communicating with me. Basically HR screwed me over. And I don't want to give names. They basically said the "X" that they agreed on as my salary and communicated with me was just a number I conjured up. More over, not a single person of authority ever talked with me, when it came to salary or job description. The principal was taking leave left and right.. and was too busy to talk with me when he actually came to work. In the offer letter that they finally gave me, the salary was mentioned "Y" which was less than X, and they used the current "covid" deduction I have at my current school, to hype their poor attempt at getting me to work for them. oh! the HR also had poor choice of words, which they got offended of when I reminded them of the same later and that too they blamed on me, as if i used those words, to the point I regretted not recording those calls.
Schooling atmosphere in surana vidyalaya is excellent. Excellent CBSE school with affordable fees. I felt there was good value for every penny I paid.
