Please check the footage of today 19th October around 4.30 PM IST on counter number 35 in ladies section how the bill receptionist was behaving. She wasted time of a man by refusing him thrice before me and a lady and then before my chance could come, there was another lady before me. She closed the counter saying her shift is over and she won't take any more person's bill. I had emergency issue and she refused me even after listening to me and didn't tell her name. The lady sitting next to her also didn't tell her name even after asking. Then I went to emergency doctor who checked me and slept as I wasn't feeling well then my family member assisted me to get it done What's wrong is she didn't accept her mistake and said I was in hurry before other persons. What fact was that she closed the counter when one lady was standing before me saying heer shift is over. I understand her shift was over but isn't it hospital's responsibility to keep the second person on duty before she is done to avoid inconvenience of others. The way this lady behaved at work is terrible and I want to lodge a complaint against her for treating patients disgustingly and not apologetic about it
