Not sure if this is what people feel about the service.. 1. They don't allow to load your Luggage at the back side of the bus 2. They ask money to load your Luggage 3. No proper paper available, so they spend an hour n half time in RTO 4. They Load, commercial luggage at points, therefore, you spend more time in that 5.Bus leaves on time but to reach the destination, you will spend extra 2 to 3 hours in the bus, due to RTO issue, Commercial Luggage loading and unloading.. Overall, i would give no stars... But no option like that, so ended up giving one star ⭐
A very big bus stop for all SRS Travels Buses. It's organised properly and adequate announcement are made about the incoming buses. Safety protocol are bit lax but that's the case everywhere. Yet the buses are clean and well maintained.
Clean buses, little punctual than other travels,beware of last minute cancellation if less number of seats booked.
While I was traveling there is a rain. My place L5 and L6. Water came inside eventhough the window is closed. Very bad experience not able to sleep. We both traveled by sitting.
They have not stopped in any motel while I travel from Bangalore to kovai.. but they have stopped in Salem for half an hour for luggage dropping.. what I feel is I travelled in an courier travel.. selfish and irresponsible driver.. please choose some other travels
