Excellent courteous well informed staff/services.
Yesterday (6.10.21), my passport was to be delivered and I was tracking from my office. By 8.45 am one Mr.Jagadisan was assigned the job delivering the consignment. By 3.52 pm it was mentioned that "DOOR LOCKED NOT DELIVERED", despite my wife and son were very much available inside the house. Worst service rendered.
A Parcel to Ahmedabad was to be sent via Speed post, I enquired with VRL Office, due to this Corona issues, they said service is not available, then I went to Periyar nagar post office at 16:25 PM, They said it's almost closing time, but even though they booked my Parcel, parcel booked on 26th of April 2021 and to Ahmedabad it reached on 28th of april 2021, really I am surprised even in this pandemic situation, Indian Post Office workers are doing a great job... Seriously appreciatable, Hereafter for any Parcel services or for any speed posts, my one and only option will be with Indian Post office... Thank you guys...
Whenever I go, they say network issue and system down... We wait in queue for half an hour or one hour and they simply ask us to come on some other day since it's network problem.. Worst place to open Account in this post office.. Waste of time.. it's better to close this branch... Slow system and slow workers...
Worst staffs. not supporting for aadhar related changes or new enrollment. No response to call and queries.. Aadhar related staff telling that they wont work other than 600082 which is not as per govt rule. That to he told after 14 days waiting (from 26th jan to 10th feb).
