Taking appointment is useless.. they only consider first come basis. Lot of improvement and time saving possible if basic pre checks are done before seeing doctor.
Dr. Mahesh is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I went there in March 2021. He went over and beyond to identify the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. His referral network of really good doctors in on other specialties makes an excellent team, and they were able to work together with me. Eye procedures can be scary, but he and his staff made it very easy with their exceptional care and compassion.
Please do not visit this institute because are behaving totally unfair...

The technical quality of doctors and staff is really good. However the arrangements here are truly unprofessional. Taking appointment does not mean much here. My father had a surgery in the morning and was asked to come for follow up same day afternoon. He had to wait along side regular O.P crowds for very long time, and was considered just as a regular OP patient. Being in a sensitive health state, surgery-undergone patients deserve some priority or atleast a seperate waiting area. If the hospital is unable to provide proper post-operative care, it is always better to mention before surgery itself. In this Covid era, these things matters much and puts vulnerable patients into risk.We expected better care from Giridhar, from our past experiences.
