Very Nice Lab & Excellent Staff to Support to All
Firstly please update the correct address on the website. Went for Covid test , had got an appointment for 3 .Spent 1 hr waiting for the lunch break to get over .And I realized many people were waiting before me for the test .A lady went in prior to all because she knew the staff.I just have one complaint if you are giving timings for appointments , please follow that .Please respect people's time. I was working from home and thought would get back to work in an hour or so. Or else stop taking appointments because anyway that's not how things are being carried out. I hope this feedback helps you improve things.

We recently did our COVID test at this lab. When we were tested, they just took our nasal swab and didn't take a swab from our throat, however they did charge us for the full PCR test. We were unsure of the steps at that time but in the reports next day they'll are clearly mentioning Nasopharyngeal + Oropharyngeal. This is completely unethical and unprofessional, this could lead to a potential spread of infection. Either it was complete lack of competency or a deliberate attempt to thug the patients who, in most cases would be unaware of such money and material saving practices. At the time of the test as well, they give appointments but do not adhere to the given time. The waited for a group of patients to gather and then they started the tests. Overall it was a very bad experience for us and I would suggest you think twice before approaching them for any lab related services.
