When my Friend had go there for a complaint an road accident through bike he denied that and said we cannot help in this case and some officer come to him and says we will help you if you give me 10 to 15 thousands rupees. I am not able to give the name of them because there is no any officer is in uniform at that time. All the officers are corrupted and we have to shame of our Bihar Police department
