Probably the best place to stay while in Chikkaballarpura, while wanting to be in town limits. Libby decorum, restaurants, rooms were very good. Just that they should maintain the room amenities better. They don't seem to be a quality check nor does the housekeeping report of repairs needed. If something goes wrong, it was evident that remains the same. Tried to complaint but no heed. If your lucky your stay can be most pleasant with modern amenities. Food in the restaurant was class. Go for it.
Perfectly located for the business I have been here for. Rooms are very spacious gives you the feel of proper luxurious stay and wide range of lip smacking foods. The management is very nice & welcoming. Mr. Reddy manages the hotel very efficiently. Must visit if you are here for any work
Rooms are good.We loved the food served in restaurant, each cuisine was prepared at it's best only it was bit spicy. Morning breakfast had limited varieties however it was equally good.
Room Service was poor , it seems boys are temporary, owners need to work on maintenance or in house maintenance team, flush went out of order, nobody was there to rectify nor they changed the room, AC 2as not working, after 3 hours AC got rectified. The only decent customer care was a lady, she was doing best of her ability, other than that, Not a good team to run the hotel. Monopolistic approach by the owners, they shud pay attention to regular maintenance.
The food was pathetic. The quantity and taste is horrible. The attitude of the employees is worst.
