This bank provides good services
After merger of State bank of Bikaner and Jaipur in State Bank of India, work load and number of customers have increased. That's why crowd is quite normal here. Mostly customers are Government Employees, Senior Citizens (Pension Beneficiaries) and People from nearby villages. So they completely rely on only this bank. I think number of working staff was enough but it can be increased due to high work load. Infrastructure need to be improved. Elderly people and 'Divyaang' persons feel more difficulty to reach into branch through stairs. There are so many things which need improvement.
