My child is getting more than 6 classes per day and paying 85 percent is worth. Happy about the school. Right from beginning my child is in Narayana, this year academic is going too good. Last academic year most of the problems are solved this year. Thanks to teachers and the management.
Please... Please don't spoil your children's education. This is not a school. Just focusing on extract money from parents and worth for nothing. I got rid of this school and the worst principal. If we raise any concern to the principal she will give some useless weird examples, will not listen anything from us and will not be useful to talking to her. Teachers are only trying to complete their syllabus in the rocket speed and they will not worried about how much reached to the students. Lot of fake commitments, management is not reachable. worst service in all level, even though they are charging for double the amount while comparing other good schools. I have marked 1 start, since I don't have any other option below than that.
By studying in this school, I have spoiled solid 2 years of my two kids education by paying more than RS.70000 each per year. During the Covid-19 in the 1st wave, government has passed order to collect only 75% of tuition fee, but this school has collected 85%, even other good schools have collected only 75%. I have paid for nothing. Due to hospitalization I was not able to pay my second term fee on time, during that period(26 days) my kids online credentials was blocked by the principal. When I pay the complete due I was asking about missed classes to the principal, instead of getting an idea about how to cover the missed portions, she has given me the below weird example as a response. 1. "If you missed to pay electricity bill on time, then fuse will be plugged off, so the same thing happened to your kids". 2. "If you are not recharge to your setup box then you will not be able to see the TV programs , so the same thing happened to your kids". (Eventually, I have paid complete fee for incomplete service) Our concern is kids' education, her only target is to collect fee. So this is not an educational institution, this is an EB office. Please think twice before taking admission for your ward. Apart from worst behavior of principal, all other services are too bad. Teachers are only concerned about to complete their syllabus, in jet speed. Transport facility was very very poor, building environment was not that good. Many fake commitments had been given by the different people. Nothing will be certain if they promised anything. Totally fed up, I wanted to complaint my grievance to the management, but management is virtual. useless NCONNECT app, I am not sure that really management is looking after parents' grievance which we raised in nconnect app. It might be again going to the principal, so she is simply refusing to respond them. My second kid who was studying in UKG(PP-2) not able to write A-Z completely. I asked for the reason to the principal, again I got the weird example that "You can't expect a UKG student to be read a newspaper fluently". We are also educated and we know how much a UKG student should be capable of and we are not paying to hear these kind of uttering.
Please do not spoil your children career Please .... Worst Principle , Her behavior is not good, The way she is acting to the parents is not good. Narayana management are not providing free education to our children , we are paying more than 70000 per year at least for the money should get some responsible answer from her ... Someone has to teach her how to behave .. online classes no use for children All the teachers are running behind the target to complete their syllabus , What is the use of it. No improvement on building structures... Improvement only on the school fees..
Best in class school. Narayana is top number 1 brand in education institution all over India . They provide great coaching for students and no need for spending more money on other normal school in coimbatore.
