Excellent place to work,working here from last 4 years,its been amazingly supportive staff n residents live here,They always support to all staff n every resident especially in COVID times,. If someone write something wrong or inappropriate content for this society that does not mean this place is bad or RWA not working well. Its individual happiness to write wrongs things about something he or she don't like.we need to respect n move on with good things for Summit. Because 99/100 is very good score for DLF Summit.

A wonderful society, small compared to other societies in the area. BUT BEWARE...the current BOM really needs a revamp. They authorised a gym below an apartment, WITHOUT ANY consideration, decency or intelligence to inform the resident that banging, drilling , and what not would happen RIGHT BELOW THE APARTMENT. Things are shaking and falling off the walls, but, do you think they thought this thru to even said "Sorry" for not at least telling you. When approached via email informing them of our concerns,they actually come back with a threatening and aggressive email with false allegations to the point of being legal. They dont realise this legality goes BOTH ways. No matter that a kid has to study online , someone has online work or worse still, a migraine patient lives there. The decibels of the drilling were recorded and sent to the BOM..no effect. I guess if this happened to one of their apartments, they would sing a different song .Verbally, they tell you one thing, ask them to put it in writing and see how they change to excuses from here to the moon. The whole project is being called a RENOVATION! THE GYM IS ACTUALLY BEING RELOCATED from point A to point B. So someone obviously does not know the definition of these words. I guess its the loophole they managed to use to slitther this project past any approvals from anyone. Was told by numerous residents that this BOM was useless. I now know personally what stone hearted souls they are. Karma will deal with all involved for the lack of human compassion. The solution for the noise is to have a 15 yr old kid sit in a office with strangers and do school work from there. Brilliance personified. Barring that, the majority of the residents are amazing!!!Happy to help in any way. Make you feel so welcome and a very family style environment. Also beware if moving in , there is major construction happening across the street which will take a few years.
Good maintenance , and staff ,. The main point is parking space always available for visitors
