No one is willing to help you, even if you want to put legally big amount of money. Poor customer service. Long queue for cashier. Paid parking. Not friendly managers at all, Especially counter 13. They think that customers should know all the banking services and procedures by heart🤦🏽‍♂️. Dear NBD, love and help your customers! You have jobs and salaries because of us, customers!

For my Banking experience, NBD is the best, but I do have some suggestions as well. Customer care system needs to be improved. Never connects to a customer care ex. the 600xxxx numbers are chargable to customers. customer loses 10 AED or more for just waiting to talk to a customer care representative. Bank even doesn't have a Live Chat system. :(

First, I inquired by email because I am outside of UAE. and I didn’t get a response. I made an international call and requested a clearance letter to be sent by email as I’m not in UAE. 5days later, I got a message saying it’s ready for pick up. Again I emailed them with reference number. Of course I didn’t get a response!!! Nightmare!!!!!

ENBD business online is worst and pathetic , it takes 20days to response and eradicate a technical issues. We have encountered a bug with our account while transferring salary to our staffs via wps system, as its showing a technical issues. We escalated many a times and on regular basis, but nonoe responses or calls or try to resolve the issues, even my Relationship Manager is no use, always saying matter is escalated. because of that i am loosing indirect and direct revenues as well. pathetic how long we have to wait to resolve this issue....
