Nice sacred, spiritual and holy environment. Swami Vivekanand Himself had stayed here. Must visit for all who visit Baroda. Here's a snap from my visit during December 2011.

This place is beautiful. They have library & study rooms for students. They also have a book stall with good range of books.
Serene place to visit for spiritual seekers. I spent one hour there and it was the best hour of my life. The kind of peace you'll get here is unmatchable. The best thing about this place is, situated nearby railway station. Hence, you don't have to take bus or rikshaw. It's at walking distance and it'll hardly take 10 minutes from railway station. I suggest you if you happen to be in vadodara then must visit this place.
Swami Vivekanand had stayed here for few days Dilaram bungalow on RC dutt road Vadodara. So the building is now in possession of Ramkrishna mission and maintained well with various social and spiritual activities
