Zero star... poor banking app.... poor online service....poor customer care...if i have option to choose zero rating, i would give 0
I visited the manachanallur branch early today, if you wish to have a seamless banking experience where in the customers are actually handled with courtesy this is not the place for you. *T Shakthi Priya* handled our case, firstly there was no manners in place leave aside responsibility to deliver to your customers needs. She questions us in a very rude tone, I am not sure that's what the person at any corporate front desk should do. I've had previous experiences with amazing custom care this is by far the worst. Remember that customers are your clients it's hilarious how the individuals working there sit down and the clients are made to stand simply mind boggling.
