I had visited for my parents covid vaccination. There is no social distance concept here. It was over crowded and injection room was a very small one where ppl are pushed in and out by crowd. It was surprising that they were also asking ppl to remove mask for taking photo. We booked for first dose slot in 9am in arogyasetu and went there. But here vaccination is only for those who come first. We reached there by 8 and stood in queue and doctors came by 10. They told they are only providing second dose there. We returned home with fear of infection. The person stood behind us also came out immediately after vaccination, no waiting room is there also for vaccinated ppl. I felt they should have done arrangements in appropriate manner, like any govt schools where there will be enough place. I request authorities to issue some fixed nos of token and time slots to limit crowd and at least one day before if they can't follow arogyasetu app. I dont understand what is the purpose of us booking slot in app? Why there is no communication?

Very small hospital, so little bit difficult to spot, if u r new or coming for the first time. But the staff is really good
No vaccines available. Worst experience ever
